Led by artist Twyana Davis, you will get to explore the connection between art and gratitude as we delve into the science behind how creativity impacts our well-being. Discover firsthand why creating art can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, calming anxiety, and uplifting your spirits.

Activities Include:
Gratitude Tree: Watch as our collective gratitude blooms into a beautiful masterpiece! Each participant will contribute their own unique "leaf" to the tree, symbolizing their personal journey.
Grounding Rock Decorating: Express yourself by painting a rock infused with gratitude and mindfulness. Use this special token to ground yourself throughout the day, keeping you anchored in the present moment. Share the love by gifting one to a friend, placing it in your garden, or leaving it in your community.
