Investigation and Prosecution of Child Sexual Assaults

Overview:

This training will focus on the different investigatory tools available in these unique type of investigations including forensic interviews, corroboration, outcry witnesses, suspect interviews and more.  Then we will transition into the courtroom aspect of preparing a child sexual assault for trial including motions practice, experts, preparing a child to testify and the trial.  The goal is to be interactive so bring your questions on the cases you’re currently working to help facilitate discussion.
