Peachtree Road Farmers Market Chef Pop Up - 2025 Interest Form
For the 2025 season, we will continue the chef pop-up program. Please complete this survey, if you'd like to be the featured Chef one week.

We will schedule one chef for each Saturday of the season to serve and sell ready-to-eat foods that customers can either eat on-site or take home. 

PRFM provides
  • Free 10 x 10 Booth Space
  • One Tent & One 8' Table (if requested)
  • Chef promoted in newsletter and social media posts
  • Access to power available

Chefs

  • Purchase ingredients from PRFM farmers and producers
  • Use the provided Big Green Egg (optional but preference given to chefs who do) 
  • Include PRFM in their marketing emails and social media posts
  • Send PRFM menu in advance for approval to ensure we don't duplicate products already available at  market (i.e., pizza, tamales, empanadas, BLTs, shakshuka, etc.)
  • May provide recipe cards and/or do a short demo (not required)
  • May sell value-added products if they don't directly compete with market vendors
  • Are welcome to offer preorders in advance of the market
  • Must be set up by 7:30 am and remain open until noon, even if sold out early
  • Are responsible for removing trash by hauling it out or using the dumpster onsite (not the market area trash cans)
  • Email photos, menu, description etc., to market management 10 days in advance of appearance.

The market will provide a 10 x 10 tent, one 8ft table, and access to power only.

All vendors and their employees and representatives agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Peachtree Road Farmers Market, The Cathedral of St. Philip and all other associated organizations and their officers, employees, and volunteers, from and against all loss, liability, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees of enforcing this Hold Harmless Clause, on account of injury, loss or damage, including, without limitation, claims arising from bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease, death, property loss, or damage, to the extent caused by, related to or arising from any act, omission or error of Vendor or any officer, employee, volunteer, representative or agent of Vendor.
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above Hold Harmless Clause.
