Fayette County Teen Court Volunteer Application
Located in Fayette County, West Virginia, our Teen Court program provides alternative sentencing options for youth offenders from grades 7th to 12th. Offenses heard can include shoplifting, traffic violations, or minors in possession of tobacco and/or alcohol. All offenses would be considered a misdemeanor or lower.

Youth volunteers serve in the court roles, including attorney, clerk, bailiff and jury. Volunteers receive community service for their participation.
