Complaints Policy for the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Programs
Central Carolina Community College values its students and welcomes the opportunity to discuss any student concerns. Complaints regarding an individual course or an instructor should first be addressed with the instructor. Unresolved complaints about an instructor should be directed to Regina Minter, Department Chair of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Programs, at
rminter@cccc.edu, or 919-718-7510. Unresolved complaints about the Department Chair should be directed to Denise Martin, Dean of Health Sciences and Professional Services, at
dmartin@cccc.edu, or 919-777-7784. All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility.
