If you would like to apply for a travel stipend or registration scholarship for the Regional Rendezvous on May 5th and 6th in Madison, WI, please fill out this form. 

We are prioritizing travel funds for worker-owners from around the midwest. To save on travel costs, we hope people will rideshare when possible. 

If you need housing, you will be able to indicate that on the registration form when you register. We have limited solidarity housing available thanks to the local worker cooperative community in Madison.
