Please carefully read the Program Terms and Conditions set forth below. Admission to the CNVC International Intensive Training (IIT) program is by application only and some applicants may not be accepted into the IIT. Please contact the IIT Department prior to signing the contract if you have questions about the Program Terms and Conditions. More information about the needs we are aiming to meet through this agreement is described in the IIT FAQ.
A. I hereby affirm my understanding and agreement that my participation in The Center for Nonviolent Communication International Intensive Training Program does NOT certify me as an authorized instructor or trainer for or by The Center for Nonviolent Communication (“CNVC”). If I share NVC, I agree that I will not represent myself as being certified or authorized as such. I also agree to follow the “Guidelines for Sharing NVC for Those Who Are Not CNVC Certified Trainers,” unless/until I become a CNVC Certified Trainer. B. I acknowledge and agree that the training materials are protected by copyright owned by or licensed to CNVC or trainer. I agree that no copies of these materials, audio or visual recordings of CNVC sessions may be made by me, other participants or IIT staff. I understand "recordings" include audio recordings, video recordings, movie recordings and still photographs.

C. I understand that I am responsible for my own behavior at all times while participating in the CNVC training program. I understand that the program may offer a variety of activities that may be mentally or emotionally challenging and engaging. The level of my participation in any of these activities is at all times completely my choice. I am aware that I may cease my participation at any time. In the event of an emergency, I give CNVC permission to call an ambulance or physician.

D. I understand that the IIT is a closed event and that only IIT participants may partake in the sessions. I agree that I will not bring others to the IIT venue unless they are enrolled participants. (This does not apply to the public event “Giraffes Around The World”, where visitors are welcome and encouraged.)

E. In the event that the IIT for which this is an application does not take place, I agree that CNVC shall have no obligation to compensate me for costs incurred beyond the IIT Tuition. Further, I understand that refunds of prepayments made to CNVC shall be handled according to the IIT Cancellations and Refunds policy.

F. I have entered into this agreement knowingly and voluntarily on the basis of my own information and not in reliance upon representations of CNVC or its representatives. I have read, understand and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Bitte lesen Sie die unten aufgeführten Bedingungen sorgfältig durch. Die Zulassung zum CNVC International Intensive Training (IIT) Programm ist nur auf Antrag möglich und einige Bewerber werden möglicherweise nicht in das IIT aufgenommen. A. Ich bestätige hiermit, dass ich verstanden habe und einverstanden bin, dass meine Teilnahme am IIT mich NICHT zertifizeirt als autorisierter Lehrer oder Trainer/autorisierte Lehrerin oder Trainerin des Center for Nonviolent Communication ("CNVC"). Wenn ich die GFK an andere weiter gebe, bin ich damit einverstanden, dass ich mich nicht als zertifiziert oder autorisiert ausgebe. Ich bestätige auch, dass ich die "Richtlinien zur Weitergabe der GFK an andere für nicht-zertifizierte Trainer/Trainerinnen" beachte, solange ich keine CNVC-zertifizierte Trainerin/kein CNVC-zertifizierter Trainer bin oder bis ich CNVC-zertifizierte Trainerin/CNVC-zertifizierter Trainer bin. B. Ich nehme zur Kenntnis und stimme zu, dass die Schulungsmaterialien urheberrechtlich geschützt sind und Eigentum von CNVC sind oder an CNVC lizenziert wurden. Ich stimme zu, dass keine Kopien dieser Materialien, Audio- oder Bildaufnahmen von CNVC-Sitzungen von mir, anderen Teilnehmern oder Mitarbeitern des IIT gemacht werden dürfen. Unter "Aufnahmen" verstehe ich Audio-, Video- und Filmaufnahmen sowie Fotos.

C. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass ich während der Teilnahme am CNVC-Trainingsprogramm jederzeit für mein eigenes Verhalten verantwortlich bin. Ich verstehe, dass das Programm eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten anbietet, die geistig oder emotional herausfordernd und einnehmend sein können. Der Grad meiner Teilnahme an diesen Aktivitäten ist jederzeit vollständig meine Entscheidung. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass ich meine Teilnahme jederzeit beenden kann. Für einen eventuellen Notfall gebe ich dem CNVC die Erlaubnis, einen Krankenwagen oder einen Arzt zu rufen.

D. Ich verstehe, dass das IIT eine geschlossene Veranstaltung ist und dass nur IIT-Teilnehmer an den Sessions teilnehmen dürfen. Ich stimme zu, dass ich keine anderen Personen zum IIT-Tagungshaus mitbringe, wenn sie nicht eingeschriebene Teilnehmer sind. (Dies gilt nicht für die öffentliche Veranstaltung "Giraffes Around The World", bei der Besucher willkommen sind und zur Teilnahme ermuntert werden).

E. Für den Fall, dass das IIT, für das dieser Antrag gilt, nicht stattfindet, stimme ich zu, dass das CNVC nicht verpflichtet ist, mich für Kosten zu entschädigen, die über die IIT-Gebühr hinausgehen. Des Weiteren verstehe ich, dass Rückerstattungen von an CNVC geleisteten Vorauszahlungen gemäß den IIT Stornierungs- und Rückerstattungsrichtlinien behandelt werden.

F. Ich habe diese Vereinbarung wissentlich und freiwillig auf der Grundlage meiner eigenen Informationen und nicht im Vertrauen auf Zusicherungen von CNVC oder seinen Vertretern abgeschlossen. Ich habe diese Bedingungen gelesen, verstanden und erkläre mich damit einverstanden, diese Bedingungen einzuhalten.
