Spring 2021 Course Choice Selection
This form will be used to gather information on your course choices so that you can be registered for Spring 2021 courses. Below you will find the MEM courses offered in Spring 2021 as well as certain electives that we will register you for.

Due to the number of other electives available, you must register yourself for any other electives you want to take outside of those listed on this sheet. Write in which of those electives you would like to take and let us know if you do not end up getting into the elective you have chosen. We need to keep track of your courses for our records and to help you complete your degree efficiently. This form is for selecting Spring 2021 courses only.

Remember, submitting this form is not registering for classes, it is instead communicating with the MEM program staff which courses you want to take in the upcoming quarter so that we can either register you or update our records appropriately.

Expected Graduation Quarter *
Select from the drop-down menu. Dates reflect the final month of classes. For example, if you take your final course(s) during a winter quarter, your graduation date is in March, or if you take your final course(s) during a spring quarter, your graduation date is in June, etc.
Early Registration
Only check this box if you want to be registered before March 11 . Please note: Your tuition bill will be due April 1.  (All other students will be registered after March 10, will receive a bill in April 2021, and will have to pay it by May 1, 2021.)
MEM Courses
Please choose which MEM courses you want to take in Spring 2020. All MEM courses will be held remotely.
NUvention Courses

Segal Design Courses

MSLOC Courses
MSIT Courses
Note that MSIT 445 and MSIT 490 are half-credit courses.
MPM Courses
*MEM students must take two half-credit courses in the same quarter to receive one full credit in that quarter.
MPM EMDC
*The below courses are Executive Management for Design and Construction which require 8 years of work experience and a resume submission to be considered. MEM students must take two half-credit courses in the same quarter to receive one full credit in that quarter.
MSES/ISEN Courses

Other Courses
Please write in the course name and course number of any other courses not listed here that you plan to take. Any courses you list here are ones in which you are responsible for your own registration. If you have not done so we recommend contacting the professor and you either have a permission number for the course or register yourself for the course. Please include the class here for our records. If you need MEM to register you for the course please note that, and please include your permission number.
Kellogg Courses
The list of spring 2021 classes available to non-Kellogg students will be available in March. The window to submit spring 2021 registration requests will be open for one week.
