This facilitator position will start May 1 and end in mid-October.

The following is a break down of the hours expected:

7-9 hours of training between May and October
6-8 hours of workshop development between May and October
3 hours of on-the-ground training on Friday, October 6
4 hours of event staffing (setting up, mingling with families, running stations, breaking down) on Friday, October
12 hours of workshop facilitation, setting up, breaking down, mingling with families, etc on Saturday, October 7
5 hours of workshop facilitation, running events, setting up and breaking down on Sunday, October 8
1 hour of feedback/debrief in mid-October

Each Facilitator will receive a $1000 stipend, have Family Weekend travel, and housing (if required by Facilitator) covered by COLAGE and Forward Together. For tax purposes, Facilitators will be considered contractors and receive a 1099 tax form.
