All Women's Build (at Deerfield Place Community Garden) Volunteer Registration!
VINES is hosting its first ever, All Women's Build for an inclusive opportunity for local ladies to get comfortable with power tools, learn basic construction tips and more.  We will begin promptly at 9am. Lunch will be provided, and a limited number of registration spots available. We will conclude our workday at 4pm.

VINES will be constructing a deer proof fence on site. They call it "Deerfield Place" for a reason! Which is why we need to build a "double fence" at Deerfield Place Community Garden. Learn about a great and affordable fence design and use this as an opportunity to get more comfortable with power tools in a safe and fun learning environment.

** We welcome anyone who identifies as a woman in a way that’s significant to them. Open to ages 8+ **

THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS AVAILABLE. DO NOT WAIT TO SIGN UP.
PLEASE ONLY ONE NAME PER REGISTRATION

No experience is necessary to attend this workday, VINES will have various stations to teach you with skills to take home, all while building a vibrant space for Vestal Community members to garden, deer-free!

Once you register, please plan to arrive at Deerfield Place Community Garden, located on Temple Israel's property, at 9am on Sunday September 22. The garden is located adjacent to the JCC and most easily accessed through Clubhouse Road.
