Please use this form to tell us which services in November 2021 you are interested in attending in person. Please submit one form response for each household/pod planning to attend services together.

Since social distancing limits our seating capacity, filling this form does not guarantee you will be able to attend in person. Here's how the process will work:

Please respond by October 25th. We will be using a lottery process to add each person/household/pod to services as space allows. Those who get fewer reservations than others will have priority in the next round of reservations. Responses received after October 25th will be accommodated if space is available.

You will receive an email or phone call by November 1st to let you know whether you're scheduled for the November 7 service. News about reservations for subsequent services will come later, to allow for adjustments to room capacity based on CO2 testing.
