Multiplier Training Workshop: How to Build an Inclusive Project? Registration 
The UNICATION project aims to enhance the skills of Higher Education Institution (HEI) staff in Cambodia and the Philippines, fostering international collaboration between Asia and Europe. This initiative focuses on transferring knowledge and best practices from European universities to Cambodia and the Philippines, addressing challenges such as high population density, remote areas, and the need for improved internationalization and staff training practices. 

National Multiplier Training Workshop is organized to ensure multiplier effect of inclusive training sessions which were conducted to help university staff and organizations navigate cultural dynamics in project preparation and management. These sessions addressed historical inequalities and the influence of culture on higher education, promoting greater inclusivity, improved workplace morale, effective education, and innovative project development.
