The artist, lollipopFiasco, agrees to create a digital illustration for their client. The artist will confirm what they would like the artwork to be of, and will then sketch the piece in accordance with their request. After the basic sketch is complete and has been sent to the client, the client MUST send the artist FULL PAYMENT through PAYPAL once they confirm that the sketch is to their liking. This rule may only be broken if there is proof IN WRITING of an agreement with the artist, but if it is broken otherwise, the final artwork will NOT be completed by the artist. Once the payment is sent through, the artist will begin production on the final artwork. When this artwork is completed, the client will be sent a copy DIGITALLY, and they may post it WHEREVER they wish with credit. The artist is also able to post this artwork wherever they wish and must ask the client if they would prefer to opt-out of receiving credit.

The deadline for this artwork will be agreed upon in writing and will be met by the artist unless otherwise agreed upon. The pricing for the artwork MAY VARY depending on how many characters are involved, or how much detail is added. Both the artist and the client are expected to agree upon a price in writing before any artwork is started.

The artist may NOT accept the clients request if it contains the following:
❥Under-aged Characters
❥Excessively Complicated Mechas/Machinery
❥Gore
❥Depictions of Real Individuals WITHOUT Their Consent
❥Realistic Animals (Anthro Artwork IS permitted)
❥Racially Discriminatory Artwork
❥Hate-Art

The client WILL NOT:
❥Fail to pay the Artist
❥Pay Through Means OTHER than Paypal
❥Harass/Be Rude to the Artist

The artist WILL NOT:
❥Fail to Create the Artwork
❥Fail to meet the deadline WITHOUT further notice
❥Notify the Client of any Progress/Setbacks
❥Be Rude to/Harass the Client

If the client breaks any of these rules, the artist is permitted to stop working for the client and/or receive a full refund. If the artist breaks any of the rules, the client is permitted to a full refund. Contents of the Terms and Conditions are subject to change upon the artist’s request, any active clients will be notified of said change. Thank you!
