Community Service & Leadership Fair Registration Form
 
Date: Wednesday, January 19, 2022
Fair Time: 11am-2pm
Location: UCI campus- Ring Road/Gateway Plaza

Registration fee (For Off-Campus Partners): $20 participation fee (online credit card payment with the link provided in separate email). Registration includes lunch (2), one skirted table, two chairs and parking for one vehicle per organization.
Registration fee (For UCI Departments): $20 recharge form, will be sent via a separate email.
Registered campus organizations (RCOs) are free.  

Event hosted by UCI Office of Campus Organizations & Volunteer Programs, UCI Center for Student Leadership, UCI School of Social Ecology Field Study Program, UCI Division of Career Pathways and UCI Program in Public Health.

Greetings Community Partners & On-Campus Departments/Organizations!
We are excited to invite you to participate in the annual UC Irvine Community Service & Leadership Fair. The Community Service & Leadership Fair is an event to connect students to community service oriented organizations, while highlighting leadership and involvement opportunities on-campus.  Please join us in promoting your areas and getting students connected to on and off-campus community service & leadership opportunities!   This year, the participation fees are reduced, as we welcome you back to campus.      

Program Agenda
10:30am - Fair Check In & Set-up
11:00am-2:00pm - Community Service & Leadership Fair              
2:00pm - Clean up
 
Event is outdoors.  We encourage you to bring your own tent/canopy that does not exceed your 10x10 booth space.  Tent must be weighed down. Electricity not available on Ring Road. If electricity is required, please indicate this in the special requests section of this form.
 
Upon completion, your registration will be reviewed and confirmed via email. The confirmation email will include directions, parking, payment and additional check-in details.
