Sesshin within Ordinary Mind is an intensive form of meditation where some sleep deprivation may occur. We recommend that individuals with conditions that could worsen due to sleep deprivation contact us in advance for a discussion.

Accommodation will be in shared rooms, please write your personal preferenses of how to share, gender wise or other situations.  We cannot promise that we can meet everyone's requirements to their full satisfaction. But will do our best.

Upon late cancellation, I understand that 500 SEK, included in the participation fee, will not be paid back to me.

You are if needed welcome to stay over at Lyckebo an extra night before it starts.
