Global Mental Health Programs Summer Internship 2023

Thank you for your interest in becoming a summer intern with the Global Mental Health Programs at Columbia University in New York City. The following questions will help us get a sense of your background and potential fit with our active projects. Please be concise yet specific in your responses.

Applications are now open and are due by January 31, 2023, at 5pm EST. (Late submissions will not be accepted).

Students will be notified of their application status via email, and interviews will be conducted in February 2023.

Please note that applications will be considered from students who will be rising college seniors in Summer 2023. The internship is planned to be completely remote/virtual with no requirement to travel to Columbia University. If public health recommendations permit, there is potential for a brief 3 day in-person program in which students will have a choice to participate in person or remotely based on preference and access.

In addition, at this time internships are unpaid, but a stipend may be available for students if funding is not available from their home institution. Please contact us at info@cugmhp.org to inquire.
