If you intend to name All About Equine Animal Rescue, Inc. (AAE) as your animal guardian, you must first complete this form, and someone from AAE will contact you to discuss if AAE is able to take on this role. We will attempt to work with you with the goal of developing a guardianship plan for your equine (horses, minis, donkeys) that is mutually beneficial to both parties and the animal(s) involved.

Depending upon space and volunteers, AAE will decide if guardianship is feasible. AAE will also consider certain farm animals on a case-by-case basis. Please note, AAE reserves the right to accept or deny animals to our guardianship program.
