Non-Sponsored Bowling Team participants: You are asked to donate or raise at least $50 ($25 if under 18) per person to participate.  A Peer-to-Peer Campaign to raise money is available on our website, along with the ability to register your team online.  Once we receive your team registration, we will send you a Participant Information and Prize Information packet which includes collection envelopes (if needed).  
All bowling team participants will receive a t-shirt (please indicate sizes) and will be eligible for other prizes too.

Sponsored Team participants: Your sponsor has paid your registration, but if you would like to donate personally, or have family who would like to, just drop the donations off to the office by April 1.  We do still need your shirt size and the information filled out below for all sponsored teams. Contact us if you would like to set up a fundraising page to share digitally or if you would like a collection envelope.

Each team may have up to five players.
