Member feedback and suggestions on APRRN Co-Leadership

Please respond by Wednesday 12 April 2023

Participation is anonymous, takes 10 minutes and more than one person per organisation can respond.

What is the purpose of this form and how will the information be used?

This month, APRRN is transitioning to a co-leadership model of two Co-Secretary Generals (Co-SGs), one of whom will have lived experience of forced displacement.

The Co-SGs will work together, as equal partners in co-leading APRRN’s strategy and operations. The distribution of responsibilities will be co-defined by the Co-SGs (in consultation with the Steering Committee, Board, and Secretariat) once they are in post.

Your feedback will inform APRRN's support, communications, and plans as we move through this process of change and help prioritize effective co-leadership in APRRN.
