Sickle Cell Foundation of MN is pleased provide our school supplies and limited assistance for individuals living with sickle cell disease in Minnesota. Please note that this resource is solely intended to assist Minnesota residents living with or caring for a child with sickle cell disease in the state of Minnesota and should not be shared as a resource outside of this purpose.

As a state-based non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of our donors and partners. This program and it's resources are contingent on the availability of items and/or funds and as such, this program may be modified or discontinued at any time if funding or resources are limited or no longer available.

Sickle cell patients and caregivers are encouraged to FIRST utilize/exhaust all other federal, state and local community resources as we continue to identify resource gaps and fill community needs as we are able.
