ACTOR SUBMISSION FORM
This form is for actors to submit their contribution, addition, or correction to the US Theatre Actor Pay Database 2021. Please only submit information for theatre companies in the United States who are known to produce multiple shows, or have expressed interest in producing more than one show. If your information is considered incomplete or unverifiable, it may not be added to the database. All additions to the database will be made anonymously. If you would like to submit supporting materials (screenshots of audition notices, offer emails/letters, contracts, etc.), email them to roguepedagogy@gmail.com. Thank you for contributing!
