PACKAGES: All packages include assistance in career and potential major matching, a review of the student’s academic records and test scores including the student’s extracurricular, athletic, musical, and other talents, development of an academic resume, assistance with the selection of letter of recommendation writers, a diagnostic SAT and/or ACT assessment with score report, referral for test prep and tutoring, and exploration of extracurricular and summer opportunities based on the student’s interests.
Freshman and Sophomore packages ($250 per semester) include two student and parent conferences per semester to discuss the student’s extracurricular activities, interests, passions, course selection options, grades, and to explore summer opportunities in their area of interest as they build a list of possible majors, careers, and colleges.
The Junior package is $4495 and commences between May of the student’s Sophomore year through April of the student’s Junior year. The Senior Sprint Package is $2995 and commences in May or later of the student’s junior year. Each Junior and Senior package includes scheduled student and parent conferences, a review of 10 unique college applications, assistance in brainstorming, drafting, and the review of 10 supplemental essays, resources for the financial aid process, assistance with comparing financial aid award packages, assistance with choosing which college to attend, assistance with wait-list and financial aid appeal processes, and assist student and family with the transition to college.
The Essay package is $495 and includes four 1-hour sessions during the student's Senior year. No discounts available for prepayment for this package as prepayment is required before works begin with student.
PAYMENT: I understand that at the beginning of my work with College Drive LLC, I am responsible for my initial deposit ($250 for freshmen and sophomores, $500 for juniors and seniors) and the subsequent monthly (or for freshmen and sophomores - $250 semesterly) payment towards the total chosen package until completion of services or when either or both parties choose to cease working together. The Junior and Senior monthly payment is computed by subtracting the initial deposit from the total price and dividing that remaining total by the number of months the client will work with the student (counting from the 2nd month after the deposit to the May of senior year). I understand that I may choose to pay the entire package balance in advance for a 5% discount.
Payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, check, cash, and credit card. I understand that per Colorado SENATE BILL 21-091 a 2% processing fee will be charged for using a credit card. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If an appointment needs to be canceled for any reason, please contact College Drive LLC at least 24 hours in advance via text message at 970-403-5393.
CONSULTING AGREEMENT: I have read and understand the above information and answered all of the questions to the best of my ability. I understand that College Drive LLC (Valeria Skarbek and staff) will have the following information: personal information related to the college application process, high school performance information (e.g., GPA, class rank, test scores, etc.), future goals and plans, and other proprietary information but will not either directly or indirectly use any information for its own benefit, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information to a third party without the prior written consent of student and parents.
College Drive LLC does not accept payment or fees from an institution for referrals or placement of a student.
College Drive LLC does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnic or national origin, or citizenship while providing services.
I understand that College Drive LLC does not guarantee admission to any college.
Any ethical violations by the student or parent(s) are cause for termination of this contract. Student work is their own. Application and resume must be accurate representations of the student. Applying to more than one college/university Early Decision is considered an ethical violation. Nondisclosure of disciplinary violations is also an ethical violation. "Double depositing" or paying two or more college deposits simultaneously is an ethical violation.
Finally, I understand that the ultimate role of College Drive LLC is to help each student create the strongest application possible to submit to the most appropriate mix of colleges and universities.
