Dear Wiley Parent/Stakeholder:

EOG testing is quickly approaching and we are seeking your support to assist with ensuring this time of year runs smoothly.  If you are interested in helping us, please complete this form to volunteer your time to assist with proctoring during our testing window.  Regular testing will begin May 26th and conclude June 6th and we need up to 30 proctors each day.  Makeup testing will continue June 7th-9th and we need up to 10 proctors each day.  

There is a short, 30 minute, training for proctors on Friday, May 13 at 8:00 am.  A makeup session is scheduled for May 20 at 8:00 am.  

Also, proctors are asked to register as a WSFCS supervised volunteer.  Visit https://www.wsfcsvolunteers.com to register as a supervised volunteer to be cleared if you have not already done so this year.  

NOTE*** Testing will run from 8:15-11:30.  However, if you can not stay the entire time please note your availability in the optional section at the end.  We will accommodate your schedule and appreciate any time you can give us.
