Why should you join our listening circles?

Do you often wish you had a safe space where you could communicate authentically without the fear of being judged or shamed? A space where you are listened to wholeheartedly, and your thoughts and themes are celebrated for merely existing?

Do you want to share in such a deep way that your sharing brings clarity to what's going on within yourself?

Do you want to learn to mindfully listen to your loved ones and set healthy boundaries with them?

Do you want to co-create solutions for some of your pressing problems with like-minded human beings with shared experiences?

If your eyes lit up while reading any of the above questions, then our Listening Circles are for you.

Through weekly sessions that use centring practice to slow down and Carl Roger's active listening technique to develop discussions and collect insights, we will support you in working on your communication blocks and everyday issues within small, intimate and safe groups.

Who are these listening circles for?

  • Anyone who is looking for a safe space where he/she will be heard fully. You age, nationality, gender, religion - none of it matters.

Testimonials

"You feel a feeling of peace by the end of the session, and you feel acknowledged. Everybody wants to feel acknowledged, right? And you instantly feel better. You feel your stress levels just come down, and you’re just like, somehow there is this calming effect. It’s almost meditative and therapeutic.”

“I've had the occasion to feel so understood, and also to feel that I completely get somebody else's experience who lives such a different life from me. It's like all those differences sort of disappear.”

“I almost always find myself feeling very touched by witnessing people listening to each other carefully and reflecting and trying to understand each other, it's like, it's a very moving thing to watch. Yeah, it demonstrates a kind of care for each other and a care to want to understand each other that I don't see and I don't think most people experience in life much in regular conversations."
