The EigenHubs Program is dedicated to supporting EigenLayer community members by offering resources and guidance to facilitate the organization of meetups that expand the EigenLayer local communities worldwide.

The goal is to cultivate education, community building and growth for both the EigenLayer ecosystem as a whole and projects and community members in particular.

To become an EigenHubs organizer, please complete the following form.

Our team will review your submission and get back to you regarding the status of your application. If approved, we will confirm via email that you have been selected for this program.  

Program Acceptance

If accepted, you will be granted access to our exclusive Discord channel named "#eigenlayer-meetups" on our Discord server, where we support other local leaders like you. 

Please note that joining our Discord server is a prerequisite for channel access. If you aren’t part of our Discord community yet, please do so by joining here.

It's important to remember that this program is tailored to support experienced organizers who share a commitment to EigenLayer's mission, vision, and ecosystem, and who are genuinely interested in cultivating their local community.

Proposals should include the following but not be limited to: 
A 1-page document that outlines your plan to organize a meetup in your local area. 

Please include the following details: 
1. Event description: Provide an overview of the event, including the theme, objectie, and target audience.
2. Location and logistics: Outline the venue, attendee capacity, technical requirements, and accessibility. 
3. Event format: Describe the agenda, duration, and interactive activities to engage attendees, registrations. 
4. Content: Outline the topics that would be covered. 
5.  Promotional Plan: Explain how you will market the event, including distribution (where you will market it, and what the release schedule is).
6. Community Engagement: Describe how you will foster community building and EigenLayer values among attendees. 
7. Timeline: Create a timeline with key milestones and deadlines. Identify potential risks and outline your approach to mitigating them.
8. Conclusion: Summarize your vision for the event and its anticipated impact on the local EigenLayer community.
