ELI Summer EAP Program Application

Hello!

Registration for the 2024 ELI Summer EAP Program is now open. To begin the registration process, please complete this application form and follow the directions for paying the deposit fee. Remember: We must receive your deposit in order to reserve your space in the program. 

Note: As long as you have been admitted to a U-M program, you automatically qualify for the ELI Summer EAP Program. You will be accepted as soon as we receive all required documents and your deposit payment. 

Within three business days after submitting this application, you will receive an email from us with details about the next steps in the process.

IMPORTANT: After clicking 'Submit' below, you will see a confirmation message which contains a link to Summer Programs Payment Form where you will pay the required $500 deposit. Your application will not be processed until we receive your deposit and required documentation.

This deposit applies to your tuition and is not refundable if you change your mind and decide not to attend. The deposit will be refunded only if you are not accepted to an ELI Summer Program. All refunds must be approved by the ELI Director.
