Mind'Em application form
The Youth Exchange Mind`Em is the idea of a group of six young people who realized between 2020 and 2021 their European Volunteer experience in Matera, alongside with Birgit Atzl the coordinator of the NGO Basilicata Link.  The objective of this project is to make the topic of Mental Health more accessible and understandable for adolescents and young adults, thanks to non-formal education, art and nature, and to have a lot of fun together!!

This is the official application form for two Youth Exchange Mobilities:
- MIND IN ART in ITALY, the city of MATERA from 18 till 26 June  2022 (included arrival and departure day);
- MIND IN NATURE in ROMANIA, the city of Campulung Moldovenesc, from 5 till 13 August 2022 (including arrival and departure day);

To apply you should be:
- resident in Austria, Belgium, France, Portugal, Italy or Romania
- aged between 16 and 22 years (apply only if you are in this age range!!)
