This will be an hour long meet up with discussion and instructions on how to meditate. This is on the property of Wolfe Studio in a shared dedicated meditation space. Please be aware that people live on this property so drive slowly and allow for others to park close to you.
No shoes are allowed inside the dojo.
We offer this community gathering in honor of and to benefit the work being done at the Jackson Free Clinic.
Please offer a donation to the clinic via cash or digitally when you attend the meditation.
