This form is for a parent / guardian of a child to choose to allow Aston Village ETNS to take their child's temperature using a non-contact thermometer in the event that a child reports they are feeling unwell or a member of staff considers a child is unwell. This would take place outside the classroom in a discreet way. No records of temperatures taken are kept. If you do not wish to give the school permission to take your child's temperature if your child reports they are feeling unwell or a member of staff considers they may be unwell, the school will make contact with you and ask you to collect your child.
