By applying for a bicycle permit, tenant understands and agrees to abide by these policies, rules and regulations, including lease provisions. The tenant understands that if Benson Management policies are not followed, tenant's permit may be revoked. By applying for a permit, tenant acknowledges that he/she understands, accepts and agrees to hold Benson Management, Inc. harmless for any damages, loss or theft that may occur other than damage caused by Benson Management Inc.'s negligent acts or omissions.

Tenant understands that bike racks are accessible on a first come first serve basis. Tenant understands that Benson Management, Inc. does not guarantee that there is enough room for each and every tenant.
 
Tenant agrees to maintain the bicycle in good condition and display at all times a current permit (attached to seat post) while in a Benson Management bike rack. Bikes may be kept in bike racks only. Any bike without the proper permit or not in a bike rack may be subject to seizure by Benson Management, at which time the bicycle is donated or set out for trash pickup. Maintenance time, and any damage to property, caused by such removal, will be billed to tenant.
