+Once this electronic form is received by the Delmarva-DC Regional Office, the necessary forms will be mailed to the PASTOR to be completed with the potential student within 7 days.
+Students should be between the ages 17-35 and have sensed a calling of ministry upon their lives. 
+Submissions MUST BE RECEIVED no less than 30 days prior to the upcoming NEXUS session start date.


Please note that ALL students must complete the following prior to beginning the NEXUS courses:
1) Calling & Ministry Studies for Students application (parental signature required & notarized for students under the age of 18)
2) Local Church Endorsement
3) 2 Letters of Recommendation
4) 6-month personal tithing record
5) Submit to a Background Check
