The purpose of this form is credit and tagging on social media: we often want to credit people but don't have their account. Apart from photographers, our policy moving forward will be only to credit individuals if we know the social media account associated with the channel we're using (i.e. to credit you on TikTok, we need to know your TikTok handle). We will maximize efforts to credit you if you use this form.
