I, the Student, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in yoga sessions with Ashwini's Yoga, and I understand that the practice of yoga involves inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to physical injury, illness, and emotional distress. I acknowledge participation in yoga class includes, but is not limited to, participation in meditation techniques, yogic breathing techniques, and performing various yoga postures. Yoga postures, or asanas, are designed to exercise every part of the body―stretching and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and the entire skeletal system. They also work on the internal organs, glands and nerves. Yoga incorporates sustained stretching to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Yoga is an individual experience.

I am aware that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before starting any exercise program and to inform the Yoga Teacher of any physical limitations, medical conditions, or injuries. I, the Student, hereby release and discharge the Yoga Teacher, Ashwini's Yoga, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, in connection with my participation in yoga sessions. This release covers any injury, illness, or other harm that may result from my participation in yoga sessions, whether on-site or online.

I, the Student, acknowledge that I am responsible for my own well-being and safety during yoga sessions. I will listen to my body and take breaks as necessary. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will immediately discontinue the practice and seek medical advice if needed. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I understand that in yoga class I will progress at my own pace. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the yoga teacher. I will continue to breathe smoothly. If at any point I feel overexertion or fatigue, I will respect my body’s limitations and I will rest before continuing yoga practice.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga for my wellbeing.

I the student understand it's my responsibility to show up on time for class and honor the teacher's time. It's my responsibility to prepare ahead of the class with my zoom, technology and class props. I, the student acknowledge that there is 24 hours notice and class cancellation policy and refunds are not offered for my no show

I, the Student, have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
