October 2023 Fall Break Trip to Orlando
The BSHS Bands and FDHS Orchestras are planning to travel to the Orlando Area during the FCPS Fall Break. 3 Days at Disney Parks, 1 Day at Universal, a performance workshop at Disney, and an afternoon at Cocoa Beach. All food, gratuities, and travel expenses are included in the $1200 price. Please fill out the accompanying form to indicate your interest.

This is an INTEREST FORM, not an official permission slip. Permission slips will be distributed at school and via email before fall break.

The total cost of the trip will be approximately $1200. The final payment may be adjusted up or down slightly as needed to meet the needs of fuel surcharges or adjustments in ticket pricing. 

Payment plan to Bryan Station Band Association: 

Payment 1: October 15  (17) - $200 deposit
Payment 2: November 15 - $200 payment

Payment 3: January 15 - $200 payment
Payment 4: February 15 (17) - $200 payment
Payment 5: March 15 - $200 Payment
Payment 6: April 15 (17) - Final Payment - $185-225ish 
Final Deadline: May 15 - Final Deadline for full payment

Checks are made payable to BSBA and should be turned in to the band office.
