This Space Request Form is available to Morgan CARES Partners to reserve our facilities for the purposes of supporting their community-campus collaborative work. 

Please submit this form with as much detail as possible, at least two weeks before your suggested event date. Feel free to email our Program Manager directly (emma.mitchell@morgan.edu) with any questions. 

**Please note: You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the space. Please allow time for cleaning to take place following your event, and please bring your own cleaning materials.**

**Please note: After hours and weekend requests could potentially incur rental, security, or janitorial fees.**
