Help with all things setup:

• Block off streets with barricades
• Load pickups (Rosebud or City Park) and bring items to Central
• Place signage, tables & chairs, garbage cans, etc.
• Mark out vendor locations and assist with placement upon arrival

Chorus | 6 pm - 9 pm

Help throughout the event:

• Ensure supplies are full
• Maintain sanitation
• Ensure chalk is being used appropriately
• Crowd management; no bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc.
• Start a conga line :)

Encore | 9 pm - 9:45 pm

Help with cleanup after the event:

• Throw any leftover trash
• Empty trash bins and bring to dumpster
• Collect all signage, tables & chairs, supplies, etc.
• Load pickups and return items
• Remove barricades from streets
