Knowledge, Attitudes and Perceptions of African Parents in Australia towards Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Vaccine
Dear Respondent, you have been asked to participate in this research project conducted as part of a medical university program. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary. You may decline to take part in the survey if you wish.

Informed Consent
The purpose of this survey is to quantify the knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of African parents in Australia towards HPV vaccine. The target population is African parent(s) with a child/children aged 10 to 15 years old. This survey will be circulated for a period of 3 months from 31st July 2023 to 31st Oct. 2023.

Your participation will add to the existing knowledge and benefit the wider community in terms of health promotion and planning services. 

The risk of participating is minimal. Some participants may experience some anxiety associated with questions on individual demographics.

All information provided will remain anonymous and be kept confidential. The data obtained will be stored in a password protected file.

This research and questionnaire has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board of Oceania University of Medicine. Kindly direct all questions, observations and correspondence to enke.nweke@oum.edu.ws
