Things To Keep In Mind:
-There will be an extra set up fee if you select a spot that requires a long walk/hike, flights of stairs, or sand. This fee will vary based on the set up area and how many people your picnic is for. It is possible for us to not accept this set up location.
-Renters are responsible for picking/providing the set up location and getting permission to set up if it isn't a local public park.
-If not hosting at your property, we strongly recommend you do a site visit beforehand if possible (google maps pictures are not always up to date).
-If indoors, we will need pictures and dimensions of the set up area prior to set up if possible
-For outdoor picnics, we will start pick up 1 hour prior to sunset
-We do not provide or arrange catering.

In order to keep our equipment safe and clean, we cannot accommodate party locations that are not smoke free. If we get to the set up location and it is clear that there has been smoking indoors, we have the right to refuse set up and your $50 deposit will be non refundable. If the picnic is outdoors, please do not allow smoking around the set up. If upon pick up the items smell of smoke, the deposit will be non-refundable and/or there may be an additional cleaning fee. *
