Pre-order Interest
Pre-order interest survey for new volume of diary and history entitled "Phineas Wolcott Cook: A Legacy of Faith."

The book will be available to order within a month (think Christmas presents!).  This is a full-color, hardcover heirloom edition of the book.  It will be made available at cost through the Phineas Wolcott Cook Family Organization. The book will eventually also be available on the organization website in pdf form.  

To give us an idea of how many we should print in the first printing (the more we can print, the cheaper the price will be), please answer the questions below about how many copies you might be interested in ordering.

THIS IS NOT A COMMITMENT TO BUY!  We are asking this to see *how many more copies* people feel they would buy at a lower price, so we can know if we can place a larger order (which would mean the book price would be cheaper).
