Picnic Day 108 Student Organization Fair Application
Before continuing, please review our Information Packet and Policies: https://tinyurl.com/picnicday108-sof-infopacket.

The Student Organization Fair (SOF) is an event where registered student organizations (RSOs), ASUCD Units, and Sports Clubs can share information and sell goods or food to raise funds for their organization on Picnic Day by tabling on the Quad. Organizations may host either an Information Booth or a Fundraising Booth.

To host any booth, organizations must have TWO student contacts, but only one application is necessary.

Please make sure you have all necessary information ready before you begin your application and complete this application in ONE SITTING. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button before closing the application. Otherwise, the application will not go through.

The deadline for the SOF Application is Friday, February 18th, 2022 at 11:59PM PT (Pacific Time).

Picnic Day 108 Theme
Each year, the Picnic Day theme reflects something that matters to the Board of Directors, and that we feel will be embraced by the campus community. The theme for Picnic Day 108 is “Rediscovering Tomorrow.” We selected ’Rediscovering Tomorrow’ because right now, everyone has the opportunity to rediscover what their future holds. Our campus continues to embrace this opportunity while bringing our UC Davis community back in person. With the first in-person Picnic Day in two years, every attendee can experience Picnic Day with fresh eyes and rediscover their tomorrow at the event.
Checking this box means you have read the SOF Information Packet and Policies and you agree to abide by all information. You understand that failure to comply with any aspects of the University, Picnic Day 108, and/or SOF policies may result in the removal from the event and/or prohibition of future participation. *
