Please join us Friday July 22nd through Sunday the 24th for a Yoga & Fresh Air Retreat at Yoga Next Door in North Yarmouth, Maine. This retreat can accommodate eight vaccinated guests. The retreat will commence Friday afternoon at 4:00 or 4:30pm with an all levels Flow & Restore yoga class. Saturday morning will begin with morning yoga and meditation. Mid-day Saturday guest are encouraged to get out for a hike at nearby Bradbury Mountain or walk at Pineland Farms. Saturday afternoon a deep stretch Yin Yoga class will be held. The retreat will conclude with morning yoga and meditation followed by brunch on Sunday. Delicious seasonal farm to table meals will be prepared by Gail Taisey of Pear Blossom Farm throughout the weekend.

Yoga Next Door is best set up to accommodate guests in shared rooms. However, we could accommodate a smaller group of guests in a combination of single and shared rooms if necessary. *
