Student Band Officer Nomination Form, 2020-2021
This nomination form is DUE by Saturday, May 16th @ 11:59pm
NO LATE NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
We will be conducting Student Band Officer nominations and elections remotely this year, as a result of the school closure.
To do this, we will host our virtual election via a virtual meeting on Thursday, May 21st at 7:00pm (in place of Meet the Band Night on the band calendar). - Link to be provided.
All current band members, with the exception of graduating seniors, are permitted to vote. You must attend the virtual meeting/presentation to vote, as voting information will be delivered in the meeting.
As is the case in the past, you may run for multiple Officer positions. However, you may only be elected to one position. We will vote on positions in the order below:
Positions available to 2020-2021 Seniors only:
1) President (Must be on Student Leadership Team)
2) Vice President (Must be on Student Leadership Team)
3) Senior Quarter Master - 4 positions
Positions available to 2020-2021 Juniors only:
4) Junior Quarter Master - 2 positions
Positions available to 10th-12th students in 2020-2021:
5) Secretary
6) Librarian - 4 positions
Please select the position you would like to run for FIRST! Your name will first be included on the ballot for this position. If you are not elected to that position, you may request that your name be added to a subsequent position's ballot in the meeting.
If you plan to run for ANY position, you must fill out this nomination form. No nominations will be taken from the floor.
