According to the National Cancer Institute, research shows that as much as 33 percent of cancer risk may be related to diet. To combat this disease and help end cancer disparities amongst Black women and men who are highly impacted by this disease, My Style Matters has teamed up with 2For2 Boobs and Sisters R US Circle of Survivors to kick off the #LetsBeatBreastCancer Campaign with a virtual plant-based cooking experience with Food for Life instructor, Dietra Dennis.
CLASS SCHEDULE:
Class I: Soul Food Sunday: Plant-based cooking Sunday, September 26 at 3-4:30pm EST.
Class II: Let's Toast It Up: Mocktail Sunday Celebration, Sunday, October 31, 3-4:30pm EST

We are asking for a $8 donation for each class. Donations will be shared amongst the partnering organizations.

Classes follow the science-based Food for Life program developed by the Physicians Committee For Responsible Medicine, and is taught by Deitra Dennis, RN, NBC-HWC, a certified Food for Life Instructor.
