Angel Scholarship Fund Application 2024
Gesu Catholic School, in partnership with the Diocese of Cleveland, is offering the Angel Scholarship to students who qualify.  Families who apply for the Gesu Angel Scholarship fund must apply for Diocesan Grant and Aid assistance in addition to filling out this form. The application can be found at online.factsmgt.com/aid. The deadline, which includes uploading of all required tax documents, is March 15, 2024.

that completing this application does not guarantee a tuition assistance award as funds
are limited and awards are based on family financial need. I certify that all financial
information provided for Angel Scholarship Tuition Assistance is true and correct. I understand that failure to provide the required documentation via the FACTS Grant and Aid Application stops the application process.  Typing my full name below constitutes an electronic signature of this application.
