韓式切件蛋糕蠟燭證書課程，由韓國Maisonanne工作室推出，課程有趣之處是他的獨有配方可做出既有香味, 和可以隨時切開的蛋糕蠟燭。課程適合初學者或有興趣進修的朋友。
學生將學習製作三個指定作品 :
• 慕絲蛋糕蠟燭 Mousse Cake (可切式)
• 梳乎厘鬆餅蠟燭 Souffle Pancake (可切式)
• 芝士撻蠟燭 Cheese Tart (糖漿及牛油製作)
課程內容：
• 蠟材特性和製作的相關配方
• 調色技巧
• 工具使用方法
• 上色技巧
• 製作方法
地點：觀塘
費用：HKD$2,500 （包括證書申請費用，上堂工具和材料等等）
完成課程後，學生可以以優惠價錢購買蠟燭原材料，顏料，香油和工具等等。本工作室同時是日韓蠟燭原材料實體店。
導師擁有超過20年本地和海外蠟燭製作及售賣經驗。過去跟從日本和韓國不同的蠟燭大師。是香港首位同時擁有日本和韓國協會頒發蠟燭專業資格:

The Cutting Cake Candle Certificate course focused on cake making with special recipe which allow us to cut the candle cake in pieces even after it is completely harden. This course will cover a total of 3 different cake candle products (sample photos below):
• 4-inches Mousse Cake (cutable)
• Souffle Pancake with Butter and Syrup (cutable)
• Cream Cheese Tart
Length of zoom class: Approximately 4-5 hours depends on student's pace.
Class date: By appointment
What is the value of this certificate course? Apart from learning different desert making techniques and special recipes, student is allowed to sell the candle products, and also run this certificate course on their own, which allow them to apply the Maisonanne Cutting Cake Certificate for their future students (face to face or zoom lessons).
Tuition Fee: HKD$2,500 (include materials, class notes, certificate application.)
