Concordia Strength & Conditioning
Concordia summer Strength & Conditioning sessions will take place from June 2 through July 31 (except for the week of June 30-July 4th). Workouts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. The program is for 9th-12th grade students (school year 2025-2026).
There are two sessions:
9th-12th Boys workouts (all sports) 8:00-9:00 AM
9th-12th Girls workouts (all sports) 9:15-10:15 AM
In conjunction with workouts, there are open gym times coordinated with coaches (check with coaches). Students are welcome to stop by any of the open gyms for free.
During the week of June 30th the weight room and gym will be closed due to the 4th of July holiday.
$200 will cover the entire summer program and include a participant t-shirt as well.
