Voting for this year's Western Zone House of Delegates will occur through Election Runner. Your voting delegates will receive a secure link via email prior to the meeting to cast their ballots. Please input the name of your voting delegates on this form no later than September 24th, 2021 7PM PDT.

A reminder that for each LSC to receive all 5 allotted votes, one of them MUST be designated to an athlete representative. Additionally, please note that the other 4 votes an LSC receives do not necessarily have to be distributed to non-athlete members; if an LSC chooses, it can distribute those votes to additional athlete representatives. If that is the case for your LSC, please input those additional athlete(s) into the slots titled "Voting Delegate #__".

If you need to change one of your voting delegates after the September 24th deadline, please email maria.paulad99@gmail using the subject line "VOTING DELEGATE CHANGE" and the name and email of your new delegate before September 26th, 11AM PDT.

𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟏𝟗, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟏  𝟏:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺  𝗣𝗗𝗧:  𝗪𝗭 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
The Western Zone Athletes Meeting will be held via Zoom Conference.  The Agenda will be communicated to attendees prior to the meeting. The Western Zone Athlete Representative Elections will occur at the Western Zone HOD Meeting to be held on September 19, 2020 on our Zoom Conference.  The preliminary deadline for our Zone to submit will be Sept. 5, 2020.  For those completing their Nomination form by this deadline you will participate in a "meet the candidates" session during the Western Zone Athlete meeting on Sept. 13, 2020. Nominations can still be taken up to the floor at WZ HOD, but exposure will be greater for those who can submit by Sept. 5th.

𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟐𝟔, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟏 𝟭𝗣𝗠 𝗣𝗗𝗧:  𝗪𝗭 𝗛𝗢𝗗 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺
This meeting will be the primary meeting to review Officer Reports,  discuss any legislative issues, key topical discussions affecting the WZ, Future Meet Bid Reviews, and Meet the Candidate Session for elections for WZ Non-Coach Director and Treasurer that will lead to elections and key voting on issues. Nominees for Western Zone Coach Director should apply at the USA Swimming Convention Zone Director Nominations webpage or contact Dale Ammon/Keith Moore to place their names in nomination. This meeting will be to vote for WZ Officer Positions, Meet Bids, to welcome new leadership members of the WZ, and to complete any legislative issues/discussions not covered or finalized earlier in the week.
