Registrant named above agrees to waive , release, discharge, and indemnify the Lindsay Agricultural Society from and against all rights, claims, demands, or actions of whatsoever kind of nature, direct or indirect, of any person whether in respect of damage to person or property from any cause whatsoever and whether or not such rights, claims, demands, or actions arise through the negligence of other fault of Registrant named above, its servants, agents, employees, invitees, licensees, or contractors. The applicant agrees to look solely to its insurers in the event of loss whether the insurance coverage is sufficient to reimburse the applicant for the loss or not.

In addition, Registrant named above has read and will comply with the festival rules listed below.


FESTIVAL RULES

•All entrants must try to decorate their display in keeping with the theme of the 2021 Merry & Bright Festival: “Favourite Christmas Movie”
•All entries must be able to be powered by one 15amp 110v electrical circuit.
•All entries must be appropriate for a family audience. The Festival Committee may in its sole discretion remove inappropriate displays.
•Unless otherwise indicated, a display will need to provide a 50’ extension cord to power their display. The committee will make best efforts to site each display so that one corner is within 50’ of a power outlet.
•Participants are prohibited from interfering with or modifying displays set up by other participants.
•The festival committee reserves the right to refuse or limit entries.
