Please complete the following form if you are planning to come to visit/eat with a student at lunch. Only one lunch guest may attend per student per visit.  You may sign up for one visit per month.  The cost of lunch is $5.00 for adults; please bring exact change or a check. Please do not bring any outside food from restaurants.  You may bring a packed lunch if you prefer.  

You will need to bring identification to be scanned into our security data base.
