Director of Content and Events Operations
Chess.com is looking for someone who cannot decide what they love more: chess, or organizing all the things. If you are someone who smiles when seeing a gantt chart, but who also loves watching chess streams, we have the job for you: Director of Content and Events Operations. You will not be responsible yourself for actual production - we have an amazing team for that. Instead, you are the overall project manager for all major content and events initiatives.

Your responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management for all content and events from idea to successful launch
- Maintain accountability for each member of the production team in their role
- Be able to provide status on all projects in the content and events pipelines
- Evaluate bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improved workflows

In short: be responsible for the delivery of awesome content to millions of chess players around the world. No pressure!

You will report to CCO Danny Rensch and VP of Content Sam Copeland.

We look forward to meeting you!
